Students have been exploring Shape and Space during a math investigation. Particularly, students have been classifying and analysing 2D shapes using geometric vocabulary. Here, students are sorting the following shapes into a rather complex Venn diagram according to the following attributes:
Is it a pentagon?
Is it concave?
Does it have parallel lines?
Does it have mirror symmetry?
Are all sides equal?
